Join us for Learning at the Library: Homeschool Enrichment days!

Are you interested in learning English? Do you want to practice your English pronunciation and conversation skills in a casual group setting?

Join us for this monthly book club where we discuss books that have been banned or have been requested to be removed from public libraries or school libraries.

In this two session workshop, you will make your own cute and quirky magnets to give your fridge personality! The first session will be sculpting, and the second will be painting and assembly. Registration required.

The Homework Center is available for New Britain teens in grades 6 to 12 on Mondays, Wednesdays and Thursdays (except on holidays), from 4:00pm to 6:00pm.

Learn how to use a sewing machine with our staff, in an hour-long one-on-one session. Perfect for beginners or those needing a refresher! Please only sign up for one day in the month. All ages, registration required.

New to the area and looking to meet new people who like to play board games? Have an established gaming group and looking for a new spot to play? Join us on the last Thursday of the month for board games at the New Britain Public Library!

Start the new year right with some relaxing tunes. Teens are invited to read, draw, catch up on homework or participate in any other quiet activities while we play chill beats in the background.
