Day Calendar

The Homework Center is available for New Britain teens in grades 6 to 12 on Mondays, Wednesdays and Thursdays (except on holidays), from 4:00pm to 6:00pm.

Start the new year right with some relaxing tunes. Teens are invited to read, draw, catch up on homework or participate in any other quiet activities while we play chill beats in the background.

Students will be taken through the energizing movements and yoga postures of Sun Salutations. Please bring a yoga mat (a towel works great, too!) and a pillow, and wear comfortable clothing.
